The DVD compilation and Web-based interface is sold on the condition that it is for personal research, personal use and/or educational study with a view to creating an
Internet Marketing residual or full-time income.
The DVDs are protected by UK and international law and are not to be purchased with the intention of reselling for commercial profit, or copying for free distribution, except
for the individual component software applications and reports etc with giveaway and/or PLR-MRR rights. Please look at individual packages for their licence rights.
The DVD (s) are designed as a standalone menu-driven application designed to be accessed via your DVD drive. Individual files can be saved to your hard drive but copying
The DVD (s) to your hard drive will not allow the menu-driven application to access the files - files should be initially accessed via the DVD (s).

4. You will require a DVD Rom drive to enable the DVD contents to be read. NB. Computer CD +- R/RW Rom drives will be unable to open or read the DVD contents.
5. System requirements are PC systems operating under any Windows operating systems ( preferably XP or VISTA or Windows 7), together with Internet Explorer 6 to 8,
Firefox or Google Chrome preferably for web links) and preferably 1Gb of RAM or more, although lesser amounts of RAM should work fine as well.
6. Please do not purchase if your PC system does not meet the minimum system requirements. Although every effort has been made to comprehensively and thoroughly
test the product it is impossible to test it on every PC system combination.
7. Files have been recorded on the DVDs using Windows NTFS (New Technology File System) which is a high-performance file system proprietary to Windows XP, Vista,
2003, 2000 & NT. Providing that you meet the minimum system requirements, and use one of the operating systems mentioned, then access to the DVDs should present
no problem, although this cannot be guaranteed due to the variety of systems in use.

system developer-vendor. You may make archival backup copies for your own use, but you must not sell (in total) the contents of these DVDs in any form or adaptation,
