 Subscriber List Building
LIST BUILDING IS THE MOST IMPORTANT, THE MOST DIFFICULT, AND YET POTENTIALLY THE MOST REWARDING PART OF INTERNET MARKETING:

If a visitor comes to your web site looking for information and doesn't sign up to receive your e-mails, you have missed an opportunity to turn that browser
into a customer. What you need is to build a subscriber list. There are many strategies to building up a subscriber list of potential customers some of which
are squeeze pages, social Networking, article writing, blogs, Ezines, PPC, Classified Ads, Pop-ups, Link exchanges, Joint Ventures and joining forums
(responding to questions) etc.

List building is the first, most important and most constant of all the tasks that Internet marketers engage in. Their lists provide their bread and butter
revenue from their customer base, and their lists and their businesses belong together. Neither can exist without the other - where they have a
interrelated symbiotic relationship.

A list consists of people who have requested information from you. They will have typically visited one of your web sites and filled in a form requesting
information. It will contain people from all over the world of vastly different levels of experience and in all likelihood will contain a competitor or two checking
out what you are doing. Once they are on your list, you can market to them and earn as they buy the products you recommend.

Everybody needs a list. But have you like so many been there sitting at the keyboard trying to figure out how to create an email series to start the
relationship process. Yes, you need to create a relationship and offer something of value to get subscribers. Creating content, however, can be a daunting
task when you are first starting out - believe me as I have been there.

Everyone tells you that the money is in the list but in reality, it is in the relationship you create with your list of potential customers - you would do well to
remember this.

Most Internet Marketers offer various things to the prospective customer like free reports, ebooks, software, memberships, services etc. just to get their
email address and other identifiable information. It is essential to keep following up with people who might be interested in what you are offering. Only
when you have a growing list can you facilitate your users to visit your site. It grabs their attention and takes them to those areas of the site that are of
particular value to them.

Points of interest to keep in mind:
Streamline subscriber registration. Streamline the sign up process by asking for as little information up front as possible. You can always give customers
an incentive to provide more information or freebies after they have experienced what you are offering. A simple sign up box that requests only an email
address works best as it is quick and not off putting to potential subscribers who often have the perception that companies are just trying to extract
personal information from them.

Giveaways. Put together a genuinely useful giveaway item that you know your audience wants and needs. For instance, you could give away discount
vouchers for your products or services or you could offer a free downloadable report or guide related to the products or services you offer. Downloadable
information products like these work very well for most businesses, as once written, delivery costs are minimal. The practical freebie really works for your
potential customers too, provided that it is relevant and useful to them.

Exchanging links with web sites that sell products and services that are complimentary to but not identical to the products and services that you sell is
another way to build your bread and butter list.

Credibility is equally important to a paid customer list. Credibility is achieved by becoming a recognized authority in a niche market. The paid customer
list adds greatly to your credibility but you need to work particularly hard at building credibility by writing and marketing articles, posting to blogs and
forums, etc. Building credibility on the Internet isn’t easy and it takes some considerable time, yet is a necessary integral part of building up your
customer list.

List building requires hard work and a bit of money along with the know how to pull it off and anybody who tells you different is not telling the truth. He
people on your list are your target customers. It is vitally important that you must convert them into a base that looks forward to what you want to tell
them. You yourself must be easily reachable. When you do this, people slowly begin to have faith in you. When you communicate with your contacts, you
Must sound approachable and friendly rather than seriously formal - and finally remember that your.............
